New Law on collective agreements and treaties
The Law of Ukraine “On collective agreements and treaties” sets out in a new edition the legislation on collective agreements and treaties, in particular, Law provides for the expansion of the subject composition of the parties to collective negotiation, defines the procedure of applying the norms of collective agreements and treaties in cases where employer is obliged to take into account the provisions of agreements of various levels, introduces the possibility of suspension certain provisions of collective agreements and treaties.
