The law on vacations and other issues of labor legislation: new regulations
On December 24, 2023, the Law of Ukraine regarding the regulation of granting and using vacations entered into force. The Law changes the procedure for granting vacations during martial law, regulates the issue of postponement of holidays, establishes the specifics of compensation for unused leaves and unpaid leaves for servicemen, etc. This article describes the changes that were adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
