Technical documentation on the restoration of boundaries as a method of manipulation during resolving land disputes
Deregulation has simplified the approval of technical documentation on land management and reduced corruption risks at this stage.
At the same time, the lack of state control over the process and the insignificant responsibility of private land managers create new risks of producing questionable land documentation and using it in courts to challenge the rights of registered landowners.
