Сritical enterprise status and employee reservation: Changes effective from July 3, 2026
Recently, the approaches to determining critical enterprises and reserving employees liable for military service have been substantially revised.
However, the changes introduced as of June 02, 2026, were only the first stage of the reform. Just a month later, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a new resolution further clarifying and amending certain provisions of the updated framework.
In this article, we examine the key changes introduced by the new resolution and their impact on the procedures for determining critical enterprises and reserving employees liable for military service.
