Changes in labor legislation: Draft Labor Code (Part 2)
We continue to analyze the key changes highlighted by the Ministry of Economy in the Draft Labor Code (Registry No. 14386).
In this part, we focus on changes related to hiring procedures and termination of employment contracts.
The new rules aim to simplify employees’ hiring procedures, ensure transparency, and protect workers’ rights, while creating a more predictable and controlled legal framework for employers.
