Changes to the collection of administrative and economic sanctions for non-fulfillment of the employment quota for persons with disabilities
The Law of Ukraine No. 3911-IX "On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine Regarding the Regulation of Certain Issues in the Field of Health Care, Rehabilitation, Social Protection and State Registration of Certain Objects of Sanitary Measures" introduces the following changes in the procedure of collection of administrative and economic sanctions for non-fulfillment of employment quota for persons with disabilities:
- the possibility of issuing a clarifying calculation of administrative and economic sanctions in case of clarifying the reporting data before March 31;
- the extension of the statute of limitations for collecting administrative and economic sanctions for non-fulfillment to 6 months.
