THE NEW PROCEDURE OF MILITARY RECORDING: WHAT THE EMPLOYER NEEDS TO KNOW
On January 5, 2023, the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1487 “On approval of the Procedure for organizing and maintaining military recording of conscripts, persons liable for military service, and reservists” came into force.
The Resolution includes the following changes:
- the previous rules of military recording for employers are detailed;
- rules for military recording of women are provided;
- new requirements are established for persons responsible for keeping military recording;
- the use of the Unified State Register of conscripts, persons liable for military service, and reservists and the Diia portal is provided for keeping military recording.
