Quota of workplaces for the employment of persons with disabilities: New rules effective from 2026
As of January 1, 2026, changes will take effect regarding employers’ compliance with the quota of workplaces for the employment of persons with disabilities.
In this article, we examine the following key aspects:
- the transitional period;
- entities subject to the quota;
- compliance with the quota or payment of a quarterly contribution to support the employment of persons with disabilities;
- authorities responsible for monitoring compliance;
- financial sanctions;
- appeal procedures.
