Criteria for determining enterprises that are critical and reservation procedure: what will change as of December 01, 2024?
On November 23, 2024, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine published Resolution No. 1332, which approved amendments to the criteria for determining enterprises that are critical and the employees' reservation procedure.
Most of the provisions of the resolution will come into force on December 01, 2024. Please note that many provisions of this resolution still raise questions, and some commentaries of the Ministry of Economy do not correspond to the text of the resolution.
