Departure of men abroad: an officially issued postponement is a basis for crossing the border
The issue of men's departure abroad during martial law remains relevant. In this material, we analyze the process of checking the military registration documents of men by representatives of the State Border Service, consider the issue of issuing a postponement, which affects the possibility of crossing the border, taking into account the current court practice and explanations of the State Border Service, and also comment on the discussion topic of (not) establishing restrictions on the right to departure abroad.
