Changes to the reservation procedure of persons liable to military service
On June 5, 2024, a Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 650 was adopted. The main changes are the following:
- extension of the reservation period from 6 to 12 months;
- it is allowed to reserve employees with scarce military accounting specialties;
- companies may reserve 50% of the number of persons liable for military service taken as of May 18, 2024;
- electronic reservation has been introduced.
