Changes in labor legislation: Draft Labor Code (Part 4)
Part 4 of our review continues the analysis of the key changes highlighted by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine in the Draft Labor Code (Registry No. 14386).

- implementing EU labor directives,
- other updates affecting employer–employee relations.
The Draft Labor Code not only strengthens employee protections but also introduces new obligations for employers, including performance monitoring, harassment prevention, notifying employees of orders, and managing changes to employment contract terms.
