RESPONSIBILITY FOR VIOLATION OF RULES OF MILITARY ACCOUNTING AND LEGISLATION ON DEFENSE, MOBILIZATION PREPARATION AND MOBILIZATION
In the conditions of martial law, the question of responsibility for violations of the rules of military accounting and legislation on defense, mobilization preparation and mobilization has not lost its relevance. Some obligations established by the legislation on defense, mobilization preparation and mobilization are duplicated with the obligations to comply with the rules of military accounting defined by other legal acts, this creates certain problems for the qualification of offenses.
This article describes common offenses for which citizens are brought to administrative or criminal responsibility in the specified area.
