Keeping military records: What an employer needs to know (updated as of August 14, 2024)
The obligation to keep military records is established by the Law of Ukraine "On Military Duty and Military Service". Such an obligation is detailed in the Procedure for organizing and maintaining military records of conscripts and reservists, approved by Resolution No. 1487 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as of December 30, 2022.
In this article, we consider the main aspects of keeping military records by employers.
