Reservation of employees in Ukraine: Updated importance criteria
By December 03, 2024, the ministries had to establish criteria for determining important enterprises for the national economy or territorial communities. In our previous article “Criteria for determining enterprises that are critical and reservation procedure: What will change as of December 01, 2024? (updated as of December 16, 2024)“, we discussed the mandatory approval of such criteria by the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Defence.
In this article, we provide the updated criteria that have been approved.
