Compliance with the export security regime during customs clearance: sailing against the wind
In connection with the reconfiguration of the export security regime under the Tax Code of Ukraine, the Customs Code of Ukraine was amended to regulate the customs clearance of exports of such goods. In particular, the list of customs declarations that may be used to clear such exports was defined.
