Fines for failure to update the data by persons liable for military service until July 16, 2024: Are they NOT applicable?
Previously, we have already considered some aspects of the application of fines for violation of the rules of military registration and the requirements of the mobilization legislation by citizens. In this material, we also consider the application of appropriate fines with an emphasis on failure to update data by July 16, 2024.
We would like to remind once more that the state must ensure timely and proper implementation of legislative norms, and the lack of proper implementation of the provided mechanisms in the future may not be blamed on a person.
