Arbitrariness of the territorial center of recruitment and social support representatives in the context of the detention of conscripts: Responsibility and instructions on how to act
In the conditions of martial law, more and more information about the illegal actions of representatives of the territorial centers of recruitment and social support is appearing in the mass media.
The representatives of the territorial centers of recruitment and social support have neither legal grounds for detaining people on the street, nor appropriate powers, which indicates complete arbitrariness on their part. This article describes the criminal offenses which can be charged against these representatives and describes the instructions on how to act during illegal detention.
