On January 31, 2020 the Committee on Tax and Customs Law of the UBA held the round table on “Non-fulfillment of court decisions on the registration of tax invoices – when will we budge?”.

Alexander Minin, Senior Partner at KM Partners in his speech mentioned, that the best way for solving the problem under discussion is to get rid of its source. In his opinion, non-performance of court decisions on registration of tax invoices – is to some extent a technical problem, but it arises from an unconstitutional approach.

“Let’s look at the experience of other countries, do they have similar problems? No. Because they have no such mechanism. Herewith, they have better results of the struggle”, – Alexander Minin concluded.
