How to get off being “sick and tired” of criminal cases – draft law No. 3448 review
Do criminal cases due to disputes with tax authorities give a hard time? Sick and tired of non-recognition of tax credit due to sentences on contractors? How to deal with it?
It is possible to wait for changes in the country and hope that some time or other this area would be also properly regulated and the case would be closed. But how long one should wait?
Though one may help the Draft Law “On amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine related to peculiarities of the criminal proceeding in tax relations and issues of tax and duties administration” No. 3448 as of November 10, 2015 to be adopted.
