Abolition of the Commercial Code of Ukraine: Consequences for certain enterprises
On January 9, 2025, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted a law repealing the Commercial Code of Ukraine and establishing specific regulations for the activities of certain enterprises.
The legislator has imposed an obligation on businesses to bring their organizational and legal form into compliance with the current legislation – a process that may demand considerable time and financial resources.
