The impact of proper military registration of conscripts, reservists, and those liable for military service on obtaining critical enterprise status has been a hot topic over the past year.
The state of a company’s military registration is now being considered when determining whether it qualifies as critical — and this practice is steadily expanding.
With growing attention to the issue, legislative changes are expected soon.
Until then, it’s worth assessing the current situation and trends — especially since most companies will apply for status renewal between December 2025 and March 2026.
