Personal monitoring
The article describes issues of the Law of Ukraine “On defense of personal data” and its correlation with demands for conducting of financial monitoring according to the Law of Ukraine “On prevention and counteraction of legalisation (laundring) of profits, gained by means of criminal, or financing terrorism”.
