Business inspections in May 2025: Ukrainian government gradually shortens the list of prohibited inspections during martial law
At the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted several resolutions introducing a moratorium on state control measures. One of them was Resolution No. 303 as of March 13, 2022.
Since January 1, 2025, this Resolution has already been amended four times to narrow the scope of inspections prohibited during martial law — a clear signal of the Government’s gradual shift away from the moratorium.
This article outlines the key amendments in light of the Government’s policy to renew business inspections in 2025.
