Organization and maintenance of military records: responsibility of the company’s management for violations
The issue of who is responsible for military accounting and who will be held liable in case of violations in the field of military accounting at an enterprise remains relevant. In this article, we consider the conditions under which, in practice, territorial centers of recruitment and social support bring the head of an enterprise to administrative liability under Article 210-1 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.
