Verdict of acquittal in case related to application of normal prices when selling real estate
Please see attached verdict of acquittal, which was delivered in case related to application of normal prices during property sale. In this case, the court pointed that the company has successfully proved in administrative proceedings unjustified acts of tax audit and violation of established procedure for determination of normal prices by controlling authority.
