We bring to your attention the Decision of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine in court case № 1-4/2013 concerning the official interpretation of the provisions of part 1 of Article 59 of the Constitution of Ukraine, part 1 of Article 44 of the Commercial Procedure Code of Ukraine (case on reimbursement of expenses for legal services within commercial proceedings) with regard to drafting the article “Reimbursement of expenses for legal assistance in view of the recent judicial practice”.
