The seminar for students in the Legal Clinic of National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy was held on January 30, 2020, where Mariia Kozlenko, Senior of Counsel at KM Partners, gave a master class on the topic «Tax Disputes: a Practical View».
During the master class Mariia covered current issues regarding the status of controlling authorities and authorized persons of the bodies of the State Tax Service of Ukraine in tax disputes, elaborated on the practical aspects of preparation and maintenance of tax audits, algorithm of actions during the procedure of administrative and judicial appeal of the results of tax audits, as well as possible additional ways of protection in tax disputes, using examples of real cases from practice.
