{"id":566,"date":"2014-01-31T10:10:39","date_gmt":"2014-01-31T08:10:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kmp.ua\/?p=566"},"modified":"2018-02-19T16:46:01","modified_gmt":"2018-02-19T14:46:01","slug":"zvit-vykonannya-kvoty","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kmp.ua\/en\/analytics\/infoletters\/zvit-vykonannya-kvoty\/","title":{"rendered":"Reporting on quota fulfillment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We would like to draw your attention to the fact that by <strong style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">February 1, 2014<\/strong><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\"> employers with staff of more than 20 employees ought to inform the authorities of the State Employment Service on the fulfillment of<\/span><strong style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\"> quota<\/strong><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\"> of work places for citizens having additional employment guarantees<\/span><strong style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We would like to remind that according to the Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Employment of the Population\u201d the quota of work places for citizens having additional employment guarantees for employers with staff of more than 20 employees is set at the rate of <strong>5 per cent<\/strong> of average headcount for the previous year (since a report shall be submitted for the year 2013, the average headcount is to be counted for the year 2012).<\/p>\n<p>Please note that the categories of citizens having additional employment guarantees shall include, particularly (the complete list see para. 1 of Article 14 of the Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Employment of the Population\u201d):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>youth, graduated from schools, vocational technical schools and institutions of higher education (during six months after the graduation)\u00a0 and who are employed for the first time;<\/li>\n<li>individuals, who have \u00a010 or less years before reaching the pension age according to Article 26 of \u00a0the Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Mandatory State Pension Insurance\u201d;<\/li>\n<li>one of the parents or an individual, who substitutes them and: has children under 6 years old; brings up alone a child under 14 years old or a disabled child; maintains a person disabled since childhood child and\/or an\u00a0 invalid of the I group;<\/li>\n<li>individuals, who have reached the age of 15 years, and upon the consent\u00a0 of one of parents or an individual, who substitutes them, may be employed as an exception.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The standard form<\/strong> according to which the information on employment of abovementioned citizens shall be submitted has been approved by the Order of the Ministry of Social Policy of May 16, 2013 No. 271 (\u201cThe Procedure of Submitting the Information on Employment \u00a0of Citizens Having Additional Employment Guarantees to Territorial Authorities of the State Employment Service\u201d).
