If the respective draft law is adopted and comes into force in the current version, the procedures of certification functioning in the Ukrainian grain market will be changed.<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Particularly, the draft law No. 2459 envisages the following changes<span style=\"line-height: 1.3em; text-align: left;\">:<\/span><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>1.<span style=\"font-weight: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/strong><strong>On certification of the grain quality and the products of its processing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The sphere of the mandatory certification of grain quality and the products of its certification is reduced:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">for the export out of the customs territory of Ukraine: certification is mandatory only in cases if the requirement of the quality certificate is envisaged in the \u00a0external commercial agreement (contract);<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">for transition through the territory of Ukraine: certification is mandatory when the grain and products of its processing \u00a0are purchased wholly or partially by the cost of the state or local budget, or when requirement of the quality certificate is envisaged in the\u00a0 agreement (contract);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2.<span style=\"font-weight: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><strong>On certification of services on the warehousing of grain\u00a0 and products of its processing<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">the unlimited validity period is established for the certificate on the services of warehousing of grain and products of its processing (the current version of the law envisages that the validity period of this certificate is one year from the date of its issue);<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">the terms of taking decision on the issuance or non-issuance of the respective certificate are reduced from 30 to 10 days from the moment of the application submission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3.<span style=\"font-weight: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/strong><strong>Other changes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The list of products of grain processing is reduced.
