Undoubtedly, the transition to an electronic format represents a positive step compared to paper-based interaction with the Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Centers.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, in our view, digitalization alone does not address the systemic shortcomings of the current model of individual military registration.
