According to government officials, these changes are intended to strike a balance between the needs of the economy and the state\u2019s mobilization requirements.<\/p>\n<p>In practical terms, the government is seeking to reduce both the number of enterprises eligible for critically important status and the overall number of reserved employees.<\/p>\n<p>Hence, Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 692 as of May 30, 2026, regarding certain issues of reserving persons liable for military service during mobilization and under martial law entered into force on June 02, 2026.
