The reasoning set out in the SC\u2019s respective request to the ECHR is sufficiently comprehensive in itself; therefore, we refer readers directly to that request (see the <a href=\"https:\/\/kmp.ua\/documents\/ruling-of-the-supreme-court-of-ukraine-as-of-december-4-2025-on-referring-to-the-european-court-of-human-rights\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">link<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>The SC\u2019s request has already been accepted for consideration by the ECHR (see the relevant ECHR press release at the <a href=\"https:\/\/kmp.ua\/uk\/documents\/press-release-of-echr-as-of-february-17-2026-re-request-by-ukraine-s-supreme-court\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">link<\/a>).
