for appealing the liability of a company official for violation of military registration rules"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In our previous publications, we explored the grounds and key aspects of holding officials administratively liable for violations of legislation in the areas of defense, mobilization training, and mobilization.<\/p>\n<p>As we continue our systematic review of court practice, we now turn to the typical procedural mistakes made by the Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Centers (TRCs) when drafting administrative offense reports and issuing resolutions under Article 210-1 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.<\/p>\n<p>In this publication, we primarily rely on court decisions in which such resolutions were revoked due to procedural violations committed by the TRCs.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of the article, in the subscribers-only section, we also share practical recommendations for businesses.<\/p>\n<p>The full version of the article
