No. 14386).<\/p>\n<p>This time, we focus on the following issues:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>additional leave days,<\/li>\n<li>regulation of working time and rest periods,<\/li>\n<li>protection of pregnant employees and employees with children,<\/li>\n<li>the new risk-based approach to inspections.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The proposed reforms aim to strengthen social guarantees and harmonise labour legislation with European standards.
