liable for military service on obtaining critical enterprise status has been a hot topic over the past year.<\/p>\n<p>The state of a company\u2019s military registration is now being considered when determining whether it qualifies as critical \u2014 and this practice is steadily expanding.<\/p>\n<p>With growing attention to the issue, legislative changes are expected soon.<\/p>\n<p>Until then,
