We challenged these findings and, as a result:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"652\" data-end=\"737\">\n<p data-start=\"654\" data-end=\"737\"><strong>the additional tax assessments were reduced threefold<\/strong>\u00a0at the stage of objections;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"738\" data-end=\"822\">\n<p data-start=\"740\" data-end=\"822\"><strong>the tax notice-decision was fully cancelled<\/strong>\u00a0following the review of the complaint.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This decision is particularly significant, as it highlighted the unlawful practice of applying quoted prices to periods prior to 2021.
