At the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted several resolutions introducing a moratorium on state control measures. One of them was Resolution No. 303 as of March 13, 2022.<\/p>\n

Since January 1, 2025, this Resolution has already been amended four times to narrow the scope of inspections prohibited during martial law \u2014 a clear signal of the Government\u2019s gradual shift away from the moratorium.<\/p>\n

This article outlines the key amendments in light of the Government\u2019s policy to renew business inspections in 2025.<\/p>\n
