We have already considered various aspects of mobilizing vehicles for military transport duty in our previous materials. As a result of the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine “On amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine on certain issues of military service, mobilization and military registration” on May 18, 2024, the regulation of military transport duty has undergone significant changes. In this aritcle, we review the most important aspects of the introduced changes and provide considerations regarding possible options for a practical approach to the relevant issues.<\/p>\n

As a result of the analysis of the changes, it may be concluded that the legislator does not provide an appropriate degree of regulation of military transport duty. Only the state must ensure timely and proper implementation of legislative norms. At the same time, the blame for the absence of the respective mechanisms cannot be put on the enterprises.<\/p>\n
