In our previous materials, we have already reported on the obligation to update military registration data as a result of the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine “On amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine on certain issues of military service, mobilization, and military accounting” on May 18, 2024. In this material, we offer a more detailed consideration of certain aspects of the introduced obligation. The introduced obligation can be considered additional to the existing obligation of conscripts, persons liable for military service and reservists to keep their data up to date.<\/p>\n
