In our previous materials &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/kmp.ua\/en\/analytics\/exclusive\/responsibility-for-violation-of-rules-of-military-accounting-and-legislation-on-defense-mobilization-preparation-and-mobilization\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Responsibility for violation of the rules of military accounting and legislation on defense, mobilization preparation and mobilization<\/a>&#8221; and &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/kmp.ua\/en\/analytics\/infoletters\/judicial-practice-in-cases-regarding-prosecution-for-violation-of-the-rules-of-military-accounting-and-legislation-on-mobilization\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Judicial practice in cases regarding prosecution for violation of the rules of military accounting and legislation on mobilization<\/a>&#8221; we analysed the practice of bringing to responsibility of citizens (persons liable for military service, reservists, conscripts). In this article, we offer an overview of the judicial practice of bringing company officials to responsibility in this area.
