In our previous material &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/kmp.ua\/en\/analytics\/exclusive\/responsibility-for-violation-of-rules-of-military-accounting-and-legislation-on-defense-mobilization-preparation-and-mobilization\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Responsibility for violation of the rules of military accounting and legislation on defense, mobilization preparation and mobilization<\/a>&#8221; we discussed the types of liability that may be applied to citizens and analyzed the relevant judicial practice.
