{"id":23487,"date":"2023-11-14T11:35:47","date_gmt":"2023-11-14T09:35:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kmp.ua\/?p=23487"},"modified":"2023-11-27T16:24:58","modified_gmt":"2023-11-27T14:24:58","slug":"an-attempt-to-cancel-amendments-of-lozovyi-business-stand-by","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kmp.ua\/en\/analytics\/infoletters\/an-attempt-to-cancel-amendments-of-lozovyi-business-stand-by\/","title":{"rendered":"An attempt to cancel \u201camendments of Lozovyi\u201d\u2013 business, stand by!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In recent times there has been a wave of heated discussions in the legal community regarding Draft law No.\u00a010100 stipulating the cancelation of so-called \u201camendments of Lozovyi\u201d in part of fixed terms of pre-trial investigation where no one was notified of suspicion.<\/p>\n<p>Throwing back in history, before the adoption of \u201cLozovyi&#8217;s amendments\u201d in 2017 Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine did not contain fixed terms of pre-trial investigation where no one was notified of suspicion, which resulted in uncontrolled pressure on the business.
