The main changes to the Law are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the requirement regarding the minimum salary of foreigners has been canceled;<\/li>\n<li>the amount of the fee for issuing and extending the validity of the job permit has been changed; the fee for amending a job permit or issuing a duplicate of a job permit has been canceled;<\/li>\n<li>the list of methods of submitting documents for obtaining a job permit has been expanded;<\/li>\n<li>monitoring of the payment of a single contribution has been introduced;<\/li>\n<li>new grounds for cancellation of job permits are provided;<\/li>\n<li>the prohibition on the employment of persons who are subject to international sanctions or special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions) in accordance with the Law of Ukraine &#8220;On Sanctions&#8221; was established;<\/li>\n<li>employment of citizens of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus is possible in case of obtaining the consent of the Security Service of Ukraine;<\/li>\n<li>it is allowed to issue job permits for foreigners and stateless persons who came to Ukraine to study and intend to work during the period of study and after graduation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The full version of the article is available in Ukrainian\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/kmp.ua\/analytics\/infoletters\/changes-in-the-rules-for-the-employment-of-foreigners-law-2623\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">by the\u00a0link<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On September 21, 2022, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law of Ukraine No. 2623-IX, which amended the employment of foreigners and stateless persons in Ukraine.
