{"id":21880,"date":"2022-08-22T09:10:12","date_gmt":"2022-08-22T07:10:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kmp.ua\/?p=21880"},"modified":"2022-09-29T18:19:20","modified_gmt":"2022-09-29T16:19:20","slug":"a-new-approach-to-the-regulation-of-labor-relations-by-agreement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kmp.ua\/en\/analytics\/infoletters\/a-new-approach-to-the-regulation-of-labor-relations-by-agreement\/","title":{"rendered":"A new approach to the regulation of labor relations by agreement"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Law of Ukraine \u00abOn amendments to certain laws of Ukraine on simplifying regulation of labor relations for small and medium entrepreneurship and decrease of administrative burden on entrepreneurial activity\u00bb introduces a simplified regime for the regulation of labor relations, where the employer and employee independently determine conditions of labor relations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">By mutual agreement of the parties, the employment agreement may define additional rights, duties and responsibilities of the parties, conditions for material support, and organization of the employee&#8217;s work, conditions for termination or early termination of the agreement.
