The Law establishes the specifics of the regulation of labor relations under martial law. In particular, Article 7 of the Law provides the employer with the opportunity to simplify personnel records management.<\/p>\n<p>This provision doesn`t cancel the obligation of the employer to draw up and store personnel documents during martial law, but only allows employer to do this in accordance with its own rules. In other words, the employer shall comply with the usual rules established by labor legislation, and only if this is necessary to deviate from them and act at its own discretion.
