In his opinion, non-performance of court decisions on registration of tax invoices \u2013 is to some extent a technical problem, but it arises from an unconstitutional approach.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLet\u2019s look at the experience of other countries, do they have similar problems? No. Because they have no such mechanism.
